The neighborhood of Parkland Estates originated in the 1920’s by a man named Allen J. Simms.
He was widely known for developing some of the most attractive communities of his day. Simms built over 1500 houses in Tampa and St. Petersburg, including New Suburb Beautiful and Parkland Estates.
Today, you will enter Parkland Estates neighborhood and travel down gorgeous tree lined streets. There is a stunning mix of classic and new homes, with some of the finest examples of traditionally southern architecture in Florida.
Parkland Estates is a family friendly neighborhood with sidewalks and two well kept parks.
