VIRGINIA PARK

The Virginia Park neighborhood has a wide range of lot sizes at varying prices, making it an ideal family community. Bertha Palmer named this area after purchasing 19,000 acres of land in Tampa in 1912.  Today you will find stately restored houses with tree lined streets and many opportunities to build new homes.

Active neighbors walking their babies, riding bikes and jogging create a healthy and serene atmosphere. The streets are laid out on a grid with mostly Spanish names like Corona and Santiago Street. Both Corona and Santiago Street are known in the community for their well-kept parks with nice playgrounds that will keep a child entertained for hours.

Virginia Park is located in South Tampa, between Sunset Park and Palma Ceia. Manhattan Ave is the north and west border, which is dotted with locally owned shops and businesses. Dale Mabry runs through the eastern side, and that is where you will find everything you need for yourself, your family, your home, car and more.
