My husband and I recently built a custom home with Devonshire and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. I have gotten to know the Layton family and their construction subs very well. The Layton’s are people with the highest integrity and desire to make their customers happy with the house they eventually call home. We purchased a new construction home before it was completed. Devonshire was very easy to work with when making selections for granite, lighting, paint colors, etc.

Their home warranty is excellent and they have responded quickly to punch list items.
